4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

9.1 Closure by viptaka15

viptaka15 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is detected.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• If bonus abuse is detected.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via our live chat or email. If any outstanding bonus conditions have not been met at the time of closure, that bonus will be cancelled. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be returned.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
